Manuela Thayer is a Chilean visual artist and filmmaker with a Master’s degree in Documentary Filmmaking from the University of Chile. Her work spans directing, editing, and teaching, and she has been involved in documentary films, fiction projects, and interdisciplinary productions. She edited La corazonada, directed by Diego Soto, and is currently working on the editing of La causa, a film by Macarena Aguiló. Alicia bajo la higuera, her debut feature film as a director, is currently in post-production.
