Um cineasta paraguaio recupera o filme que o comoveu na adolescência, realizado no Paraguai por um francês em 1968, durante a ditadura de Stroessner. Ele embarca numa odisseia pela França, Argentina e Paraguai com o intuito de reunir o francês à família camponesa, construindo um filme de questionamentos e buscas, sobre o ausente e o presente, a aventura da vida e o mistério do cinema.
A Paraguayan filmmaker recovers the film that had moved him in his adolescence, made in Paraguay by a Frenchman in 1968, during Stroessner’s dictatorship. He undertakes an odyssey through France, Argentina and Paraguay with the intention to reunite the Frenchman with the peasant family, building a film of questions and searches, about the absent and the present, the adventure of life and the mystery of cinema.
